Our services include:
Consultation (Free)
We will discuss what your vision is and get to know each other. We will discuss budgeting, locations, styling and vendors. At this time we will leave you with a packet for you to think about and we will come up with a fee according to your specifications and contact you within 24-48 hours. You can always contact us at anytime with questions.
Here are some sample packages and pricing. Remember your wedding is designed for you, so prices may vary depending on your needs.
The hand-on hands-off Wedding
Sometimes you have your wedding planned and just need someone there to run the show. We offer this package for the bride who needs an extra set of hands to prepare the wedding party for the wedding day.
This package includes:
- Two hours of consultation. We will create a timeline of events and schedule.
- Two hours at rehearsal to make sure the ceremony will run smoothly.
This package is $200 within a 50 mile radius
Ceremony Only
There are also time when your reception is being handled by your location and all you need is help with the church ceremony.
This package includes:
- Two hours of consultation(Includes coordination and visit to site)
- Consultation of rehearsal (Includes timeline and schedule)
- Vendor consultation (Confirming all vendors for ceremony including flowers, musicians, etc. and meeting with vendors on wedding day.)
- Coordinating Service (Includes assisting in preparing the wedding party, all day service on the day of the wedding and clean-up)
- Making sure everything is going as planned including "Emergency Kit" for the small fixes and things that could go wrong.
This package is $475 within 50 miles
Best of Both Worlds
This package is designed for the couple that needs help coordinating the ceremony and reception. This includes everything from Ceremony only plus:
- Outline for Master of Ceremonies or DJ
- Arrange receiving line or grand entrance
- Check on catering and make sure everything is in order
- Check gift table, guest registry and place cards
- Coordinate all reception events including first dance, cake cutting, garter toss, flower toss and send off.
- Constant attention to all the details.
This package is $650 within 35 miles
From soup to nuts
This package is designed for the couple that needs it all. You can rest assured that everything will be taken care of so you can enjoy your day without worry. This package includes everything from all the other packages plus full service hands on attention to everything including location site visits, wedding dress fitting, vendor visits, and whatever else you may need.
This package starts at $1000
More, More, More
This add on service is designed to give you just a little more. Things that are not normally addressed but can make the day run even smoother.
This package includes:
- A schedule for the photographer
- Pre-planned set list for DJ
- Ceremony and reception schedule
- Invitation preparation including map (This does not include making invitations or addressing them)
- Day of refreshments coordination
- Looking over vendor contracts
- Seating plan
This package is $135 for first hour then $40 each additional hour.

- Master of Ceremonies including iPod DJ. You choose the songs, we set up sound equipment and we run the reception music for smaller receptions stats at $200
